Bob (on the left) is playing a funny prank on phill (on the right) in there house. The last prank was on bob so he's getting payback. Meredith is seeing if she's gained or lost weight this week, and billy sees a good opportunity to have a little fun. Billy is always pulling stuff like this getting a good kick out of it. Debbie is just having a celebratory smoke for her 100th birthday. Debbie decided  to get loose this year and smoke a sig for her 100th in celebration.
